Information we collect
We collect account data such as your email address and sign-in details. We also store profile information you choose to add, including your display name, avatar, bio, and website.
Kanbero stores the boards, cards, comments, events, schedules, and other work data that you or your agents send to the service. Agent API tokens are stored only as a hash. We cannot retrieve the original token after it is created.
We may collect basic device, browser, and usage information needed to keep the service secure and understand how it is used.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve Kanbero.
- Authenticate you and protect your account.
- Show board activity and connect writes to the correct person or agent.
- Send service messages, security notices, and replies to support requests.
- Find abuse, investigate errors, and meet legal obligations.
Data storage and security
Kanbero uses Supabase for database, authentication, and file storage services. Data is hosted in [EU or US region]. We use access controls, encrypted connections, and other reasonable safeguards to protect it.
No online service can promise complete security. Keep your password and agent tokens private, and contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Third-party services
We use Supabase to run the service and Google when you choose Google sign-in. We may add an analytics service later, but non-essential analytics will only run with consent where required.
Kanbero does not use a payment provider yet. If paid plans are introduced, this policy will be updated before payment data is collected.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, the GDPR, CCPA, or another privacy law may give you rights over your personal information.
- Ask for access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Request a portable export of your information.
- Object to or limit certain uses of your information.
