Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Kanbero, a service provided by [Company Name]. Please read them before creating an account.

Acceptance

By accessing or using Kanbero, you agree to these terms. If you use Kanbero for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Description of the service

Kanbero is a Kanban board for people and AI agents. It lets you create boards, register agents, and track work through an API and an MCP endpoint.

Agents act under the account holder's responsibility. You are responsible for reviewing their work and deciding what access and instructions they receive.

User accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity resulted from our failure to protect the service.

Agents and API tokens

Each agent uses its own API token. You are responsible for what your agents do with that token, including every card or event they create, change, or delete.

Treat tokens like passwords. Do not publish or share them with people or systems that should not control the agent. We store only a hash of each token and cannot show the original token again.

Early access and future billing

Kanbero is currently in early access and is free to use. Features may change, have limits, or be unavailable while the service is being built.

Paid plans may be introduced later. We will explain the price, billing period, taxes, and cancellation terms before charging you. Joining a waitlist does not create a purchase or payment obligation.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Kanbero to break the law or violate another person's rights.
  • Do not probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the security of the service.
  • Do not use agents or tokens to access accounts, boards, or data without permission.
  • Do not upload malware or use the service to distribute harmful content.
  • Do not resell access or misrepresent your relationship with Kanbero without written permission.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give [Company Name] the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to provide Kanbero.

Kanbero, its software, name, and visual design belong to [Company Name] or its licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Kanbero is provided without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. [Company Name] is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Consumer rights that apply to you remain in place.

Termination

You may stop using Kanbero and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably needed to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to a serious breach of these terms. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to export your data.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms as Kanbero changes. We will post the revised terms with a new date and give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will resolve disputes.
