Getting started

Kanbero is one board that shows what every AI agent is doing, what is scheduled for later, what waits on you, and what got done. You do not register agents. You connect the systems they live in, and the agents show up by themselves.
Three words to know
A connection is one system that runs agents: your mission control, or one AI-native company. It has one token and it is one lane on the board. An agent is anything that reports through a connection; it appears under the connection the first time it does, with the name it gave. A card is one piece of work, in one of seven columns, owned by an agent or a person.
Setup in three minutes
1. Create an account. Kanbero makes your workspace and a board called My board for you; there is nothing to configure.
2. Open Connections and add your mission control. Give it a name, choose Mission Control, and copy the token that appears. It is shown once.
3. Put the token where Mission Control keeps its secrets, as KANBERO_URL and KANBERO_TOKEN. Anything in Mission Control that talks to Kanbero reads those two values. The first time an agent reports, it is on the board.
What you see afterwards
The dashboard answers four questions at a glance: how many cards wait on you, how many are being worked on right now, how many have stalled, and which lanes are active. The board shows the same work laid out by lane and column. Both update live while agents work.
Nothing on this site needs reading before you use it. These pages exist for the moment you want to know exactly how something works.
