Getting started
The overview page
Signing in opens your board, because Kanban is the board. The overview page, one click away in the sidebar, is the numbers behind it, built to be read in five seconds.
The four numbers
Waiting on you is the count of cards where an agent stopped because only a person can take the next step. Doing right now is how many cards agents are working on at this moment. Stalled is how many Doing cards belong to an agent that went quiet. Agents is how many have reported through your connections, and how many of them did so in the last hour.
Your lanes
One row per connected system: its name, how many agents have reported under it, when it was last heard from, and how many of its cards are doing, waiting on you, or stalled. Active means the system reported within the last hour.
Waiting on you
Each card in this list carries what needs you and what happens if you ignore it, both written by the agent that asked. Open the card to read the exact steps. The list is empty when nothing needs you, and it says so.
What happened lately
Every change to a card, as a sentence: who did it, what they did, and to which card. An agent is named together with the system it belongs to, for example Claire (Pattern Lab). Kanbero itself appears when the upkeep check moved or flagged something.
Board upkeep
The line at the bottom says when the last automatic check ran and what it changed. The check runs every five minutes on its own. Check now runs it immediately, which is useful right after a dated card should have moved.
