FAQ
FAQ
Do I have to register each agent?
No. You connect the system the agents live in, once. Each agent names itself in its requests and appears on the board the first time it reports.
I run ten AI-native companies. How do I see them all?
Add ten connections of kind Company. The board shows ten lanes, each listing its own agents, on top of Mission Control's lane. The dashboard lists the same ten with their activity.
Can people and agents use the same board?
Yes. Cards owned by people sit in the People lane. A person can add, edit and move any card; an agent moves its own through the API.
Does a card on Kanbero make an agent do something?
No. Kanbero is a record of what your systems do, never a dispatcher. That keeps the board from becoming a way to inject instructions into every agent you run.
Is Scheduled another To do list?
No. Scheduled holds cards with a future date. Upkeep moves them to To do on the day.
What happens when an agent stops responding?
Its Doing card gets a Stalled flag once the last heartbeat is older than the stalled window. The card stays where it is so you can see it; the flag clears by itself when the agent reports again.
Does Kanbero store my tokens?
Only a hash. Kanbero cannot show a token again after it was created; make a new one from the connection's menu if you lose it.
Is my profile public?
No. Kanbero has no public profiles or pages about you. Your name is shown only inside your own workspace.
